Our coffee, certified as Organic and decaffeinated through the Swiss Water Process, is sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the fertile regions of Piura and Amazonas, Peru. The beans, including varieties such as Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor, are cultivated at altitudes ranging from 1100 to 1700 meters, where they thrive in the nutrient-rich clay mineral soil. This environment is ideal for developing the beans’ rich flavor profile, characterized by notes of caramel, a smooth texture, and a hint of citrus. The coffee undergoes a gully washing and sun-drying process that preserves these natural flavors. Subsequently, it is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a 100% chemical-free method renowned for maintaining the original flavors and quality of the coffee. This meticulous approach ensures that each cup offers a full-bodied taste experience, making it a perfect choice for those seeking a flavorful decaf.
