Our coffee, certified Fair Trade and Organic, is meticulously roasted to a medium level to enhance its unique flavor profile, consisting of salted caramel, silky sweet, and citrus notes. It is sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, where a diverse blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties is cultivated. These beans are grown across the regions of Piura and Amazonas in Peru, thriving in an altitude range of 1100-1700 meters, where the rich clay mineral soil nurtures each bean to develop its full potential. The gully-washed sun-dried process used by the growers ensures that each bean's flavor is preserved and accentuated, resulting in a delightful coffee that embodies the spirit of ethical and sustainable agriculture. This method highlights the beans' natural flavors, creating a rich and smooth cup with a complex blend of sweetness and a refreshing hint of citrus, making every sip an exceptional experience.
