Our Kintamani Bali coffee is organically certified and features a medium-dark roast that brings out rich-tasting notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. Grown by dedicated smallholder farmers in Kintamani, Bali, Indonesia, this coffee is cultivated from a blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties. The beans are grown at an altitude of 1200-1600 meters in volcanic loam soil, contributing to the coffee’s distinctive flavor profile. The processing involves meticulous handpicking, wet-hulling, and drying on raised beds, ensuring each bean retains its unique qualities and aromatic richness. This careful attention to detail results in an exquisite cup of coffee that captures the essence of its exotic origin.
